Activated Escherichia coli formic acid lyase (FHL) system

This component contains the sequence of the FhlA gene, which encodes the FhlA. protein, an activator of the formic acid-hydrogen lyase system in E. coli. We have overexpressed this gene to enhance the ability of E. coli to produce hydrogen.
